RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOMES
VEMA Group Homes provide 24/7 person-centered support in safe, family-style settings. Care is delivered in alignment with each member’s PCSP/ISP and BTP, ensuring services follow DDD Standards for documentation, health, and daily living supports. Staff assist with skills, community activities, and medication management, while a dedicated Program Manager at each home oversees quality, compliance, and communication with families and Support Coordinators. Our homes encourage independence while offering the reassurance of consistent supervision and compassionate care. Each day is built around routines that foster dignity, choice, and inclusion in the community. DTA - PHOENIX & GLENDALE
VEMA’s Day Treatment for Adults (DTA) program offers structured, person-centered day services designed to support independence, skill building, and meaningful social connections. Services are carried out in alignment with each member’s PCSP/ISP goals and follow all DDD Standards for care, documentation, and safety. Members participate in a variety of activities including daily living skills, recreation, farm-based activities, music therapy, vocational training, and community outings—all tailored to encourage growth, creativity, and confidence. Unlike many providers, VEMA ensures that management is on-site daily, providing direct oversight, quality assurance, and immediate support to staff and families. This hands-on leadership guarantees that services are consistent, accountable, and always centered on the needs of each individual.
